10" Gyuto Chef Knife
This 10" gyuto is hefty and ready to tackle large tasks and power through hours of prep. A true work horse. Built wider and thicker too for Chefs with larger hands who prefer more weight.
Forged with 5 layer VG10 high-carbon stainless steel but heat treated higher than the standard gyuto for more edge retention and strength too. Fitted with a slightly larger handle. Great for those with larger hands and who prefer large blades!
VG10 steel is more resilient than standard high-carbon steel, yet it sharpens with ease, allowing a finer edge. The durability of VG10 steel prevents dulling and rusting. Not only does it look great, but it adds even more protection from the elements to ensure a long life to the knives.
